What kinds of personal information do we collect and hold?

Will your personal information be disclosed to overseas recipients?

 We may transfer your personal information between countries if required for a relevant purpose described in this Privacy Policy. We may disclose your personal information to a recipient which is located outside Australia, this includes our affiliate located in Hong Kong. The laws of these countries may not provide the same level of protection in respect to your personal information as the laws of Australia.

Access to and Correction of Personal Information

You have a right to access most personal information we hold about you and if we deny access in some circumstances we will tell you why. To request access, please contact our Marketing Manager as set out at the end of this document. Please let us know if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated. 


We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information you may transmit to us from our online products and services. We use a variety of physical and electronic security measures including restricting physical access to our offices and firewalls and secure databases to keep personal information secure from misuse, loss or unauthorized use or disclosure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure.
