Taps on Trend

Over the past several years we have witnessed Australian’s make a massive shift from tapware as a basic utility hardware to tapware to a design statement. Whether it be the bathroom, laundry or kitchen sink, the ordinary tap has evolved into a work of art with a gentle balance between form and function.

From reds, blues, oranges and yellow (to name a few!), coloured taps are becoming more and more an expression of personal style with pops of colour brightening up the once dull basin. Matte black tapware is still very much in demand for the modern bathroom for a sleek look, but be sure to keep an eye on rose gold tapware, with its contemporary sophisticated ambiance spreading quickly through almost every room of designer homes.
